SOUND FAMILIAR?

The evening that keeps stretching out

The stalling grows a little every night

What started as one extra cuddle is now a routine of its own, added on top of the routine you already had.

You get pulled into debating

Explaining why bedtime is bedtime turns into a conversation, and the conversation is far more interesting than lying down.

Your patience is gone before the stalling is

By the time the fourth request arrives you have nothing left, and the response you give is not the one you meant to give.

Solving one request just produces another

You fetch the water, and the answer is a different blanket, a different song, a different reason not to sleep yet.

WHAT’S INSIDE

Inside the guide

Stalling tends to grow when the response becomes interesting

Why an engaged, reasonable reply can accidentally be the most rewarding part of the evening.

Different delays need different prevention

How the same delaying behaviour can call for completely different handling depending on what drives it.

What kind of stalling is this?

An interactive sort that names what you are dealing with instead of lumping it all together.

Yesterday’s exception can become tonight’s expectation

How a one-off kindness quietly turns into a fixture nobody agreed to.

What has quietly joined bedtime?

A fillable audit of the extras that have attached themselves to your evening without discussion.

Prevent, answer once, then repeat the boundary

A three-part shape for handling requests that keeps you warm without reopening the negotiation.

Your own stress level shapes the bedtime atmosphere

An honest look at how your state travels into the room before you say a word.

Plan your calm response

Draft the words and the tone in advance, while you still have the capacity to choose them.

When every solved request creates a new one

What to do when the requests are clearly a chain rather than a series of separate needs.

Build a response you can repeat when tired

Your entries become a response simple enough to hold at the end of a long day.

Personalized AI prompt

A closing prompt built from your own audit, ready to paste into an AI assistant for further help.

Questions, answered

How quickly do I get the file?
+

Straight away. The download link is on your order confirmation page and in your email receipt, so the guide is available before tonight’s bedtime.

Which devices can I fill it in on?
+

Any phone, tablet or laptop, and it works offline once downloaded. The stalling sort and the bedtime audit are both filled in on screen, so you can work through them wherever you happen to be.

What is your refund policy?
+

Refunds are handled under the store’s Refund Policy (30 days). Because this is a digital download, access rules for delivered files apply.

Is bedtime stalling something to punish?
+

No. The guide treats stalling as ordinary toddler behaviour and works by making the response predictable, not by adding consequences or leaving a child to cry.

What if my toddler’s request is genuine, like the toilet?
+

Real needs still get answered. The sorting section exists precisely so genuine requests and delay tactics do not get the same blanket response.

I lose my temper by the end of bedtime — does the guide cover that?
+

Yes. One section is about your own stress level and how it shapes the room, and the response you build is designed to be simple enough to use when you are depleted.
