NAPS & DAYTIME SLEEP • CHECKLIST

Prepare a Peaceful Nap Routine

Build a short pre-nap routine you can repeat on a good day and still manage on a chaotic one, in nine fillable steps.

🔥 Short routine · survives real days

You choose your own routine pieces, tune the nap room and set a shortened version for the days that fall apart, then generate a plan you can hand to anyone. Written for parents whose nap routine works beautifully in theory and rarely twice in a row.

For households where the nap routine has to fit around a school run, a sibling and a doorbell.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

The routine works — until real life happens

The wind-down keeps growing

One more song, one more feed, one more cuddle, and a quick routine has quietly turned into the longest part of your day.

No two naps start the same way

You improvise every time, so your baby never gets the same set of signals twice and neither do you.

Everyone does it differently

Your partner, a grandparent and the childminder each have their own version, and the nap tends to reflect whoever is holding the baby.

On busy days you skip it entirely

When you are running late the routine is the first thing to go, and the nap that follows is the one that goes worst.

WHAT’S INSIDE

Inside the checklist

A nap routine should fit inside real life

The case for building around your actual day rather than an ideal one you can only manage on a quiet Tuesday.

Put the calmest steps at the end

Why the order of a wind-down matters more than the number of things in it.

Choose your routine pieces

Tick the steps that suit your child from a menu of options and watch your own sequence take shape.

Let the room do some of the work

What the space around the nap can carry for you, so the routine does not have to do everything.

Nap-room tuner

An interactive tuner that turns your answers about the room into practical adjustments.

Use a shortened version instead of giving up

How to build the stripped-back routine you reach for when the day has already gone sideways.

Which routine problem happened?

Pick the way today’s wind-down broke down and get a response written for that specific situation.

Keep it realistic

A sanity check on the routine you have designed before you ask yourself to repeat it daily.

Make this fit your family

A personalised AI-prompt page that turns your filled-in choices into wording anyone caring for your child can follow.

Give the next nap a proper start

Download the checklist, choose your routine pieces this afternoon, and have a short sequence ready before the next wind-down — instant access, nothing to wait for.

Questions, answered

How is the checklist delivered?
+

The download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your email receipt immediately after checkout. There is no waiting period and nothing is posted to you.

Can I use it on my phone?
+

Yes. It opens on any phone, tablet or laptop, and the fillable fields work on screen wherever you open it, with no app or subscription needed.

Will I be charged again for updates?
+

No. Your copy is yours to keep for life, and any updated edition is available at no extra cost.

What age is this nap routine checklist for?
+

It is built around routine steps rather than a fixed age, so it suits babies and younger toddlers who still nap in the day. You choose the pieces that match the child in front of you.

What if we never manage the full routine?
+

That is exactly why one section is dedicated to a shortened version. You build a minimum sequence in advance so a rushed day has a plan of its own instead of no plan at all.

What is your refund policy?
+

Refunds are handled under the store’s Refund Policy (30 days). Because this is an instant digital download, the access rules for delivered files apply.
