Create a Screen-Free Wind-Down Routine

Plan what replaces the screen, and what you will say when it goes off, before the tablet comes out tonight.

🔥 Realistic, not all-or-nothing

An interactive checklist where you choose replacements, set a screen-free window that suits your actual evening, and script your response to the protest in advance. The plan generator assembles it into one screen-free landing, and the last section hands you a personalised AI prompt.

Built for households where the screen is genuinely useful and switching it off is genuinely hard.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Turning it off starts the meltdown

The screen goes off and the evening falls apart

One tap ends the calm, and the next half hour is spent recovering from the handover.

There is nothing ready to take its place

You know the tablet should stop, but the gap it leaves is exactly when you need to cook or feed the baby.

You cave because you are outnumbered

With dinner, a sibling and a tired toddler, giving five more minutes is simply the cheapest option.

All-or-nothing rules never survive a real week

A total ban lasts two days, then guilt sets in and the screen quietly comes back earlier than before.

WHAT’S INSIDE

Inside the checklist

Screen-free is easier when “then what?” is already answered

Sets the whole approach — decide the replacement first, and the switch-off stops being a fight.

Set up the final part of the evening

Helps you mark where the screen-free stretch begins on an ordinary weeknight.

Choose an easy replacement

A tick-list of low-effort activities that hold attention without needing you to run them.

How much screen-free time is realistic tonight?

A fillable check that keeps your window honest instead of aspirational.

Plan the response before the protest

You write your own wording now, so you are not improvising when the complaining starts.

Build a screen-free landing that fits your evening

Your answers come together as one plan shaped around your household, not an ideal one.

Create a screen-free wind-down prompt

A personalised AI prompt for reworking the plan when holidays, illness or visitors upend it.

Decide it now, not at 7pm

Fill in the checklist while everyone is out of the house, then follow your own plan when the screen goes off tonight.

Questions, answered

How do I get the checklist after buying?
+

The download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your email receipt as soon as checkout is complete. Nothing is posted to you.

What devices can I use it on?
+

Any phone, tablet or laptop, with no app or subscription needed. The tick boxes and text fields are completed on screen, so you can work through it without printing anything.

Do I pay again for updates?
+

No. Your copy is yours to keep for life, and any updated edition is available at no extra cost.

Does this mean no screens at all?
+

No. The checklist helps you set a screen-free window that fits your real evening, which for many families is the last stretch before bed rather than the whole day.

Will a screen-free wind-down make my child fall asleep faster?
+

We do not make promises about sleep timing. The checklist focuses on what you can control — a calmer handover, a ready replacement and a response you have already decided on.

What is your refund policy?
+

Refunds are handled under the store’s Refund Policy (30 days). Because this is a digital download, access rules for delivered files apply.
