Prepare for Daylight Saving Changes

A calm runway for the clock change, so the hour that moves does not take the whole week with it.

🔥 Plan the runway · skip the scramble

An interactive checklist with a fillable runway planner, a readiness list and a first-morning scenario you work through on screen. Made for families who remember how the last clock change went and would rather not repeat it.

For parents who like to have the plan written down before the night it matters.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

One hour on the clock, a whole week of fallout

The last clock change knocked everyone sideways

It took the family days to feel normal again, and nobody is keen to do that twice a year.

An hour sounds small until it lands on the wake-up

On paper it is sixty minutes, in practice it hits the one part of the night you could least afford.

The advice always arrives too late

The articles appear the week of the change, when there is no runway left to use.

Two adults, two different plans

One of you wants to shift gradually, the other wants to rip the plaster off, and your child gets both.

WHAT’S INSIDE

Inside the checklist

A clock change is a transition, not a test of perfect sleep

Sets expectations for the days around the change so you are not grading yourself on them.

Choose a gentle runway

Helps you pick an approach that suits your family rather than the one an article assumed.

Clock-change runway planner

Fillable fields where your chosen approach becomes an actual dated plan.

Keep the anchors that make bedtime recognizable

Identifies what should stay untouched while the clock moves underneath it.

Transition-readiness checklist

Tick-boxes to confirm the practical bits are handled before the night arrives.

Plan the first changed morning

Decides in advance how the first altered morning will be handled, while you are still rested enough to think.

First-morning scenario

An on-screen walkthrough of how that morning could go and what you will do about it.

Make a family-specific transition plan

Brings both adults onto one written plan so nobody improvises a different version at dawn.

Personalized AI prompt

A prompt carrying your own runway answers, so any extra planning help fits your household.

Have the plan ready before the clocks move

Download the checklist, fill the runway planner while the week is still calm, and walk into the change with something written down.

Questions, answered

How soon can I start using it?
+

Straight away. The download link appears on your order confirmation page and in your email receipt the moment checkout completes.

Can I fill it in digitally?
+

Yes. It is interactive, so the runway planner, readiness tick-boxes and scenario fields all work on screen on a phone, tablet or laptop.

Do I have to pay again for updates?
+

No. Your copy is yours to keep for life, and any updated edition is available at no extra cost.

Does it work for both the spring and autumn clock changes?
+

Yes. The runway planner is direction-neutral, so you fill it in the same way whether the hour is going forward or back, and reuse the file at every change.

How far ahead of the clock change should I start?
+

The planner asks you to choose your own runway rather than prescribing one, because families tolerate transitions differently. You can complete it close to the date or well in advance.

What is your refund policy?
+

Refunds are handled under the store’s Refund Policy (30 days). Because this is a digital download, access rules for delivered files apply.
